MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER JOINT POWERS BOARD
HELD AUGUST 27TH, 2008
A special Joint Powers Board meeting was held August 27th, 2008 at 12:00p.m. at the Worland Community Center Complex. Chairman, Tom Schmeltzer presided over the meeting. Board members Michael D. Greear Val Martin, Vasca Gilmore, John McMartin and Executive Director, Steve Hunt were also in attendance.
Chairman Schmeltzer called the meeting to order.
Steve Hunt reported that the Worland Community Center Addition and Removal Project had only one application for the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), TSP of Sheridan Wyoming.
A Motion was duly made, seconded and approved that the Board select TSP as the CMAR.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
